Our cat rushed over to this post and started scratching on it vigorously before I was even done setting it up! Not a day goes by without him using it. I can tell he really enjoys the tactile experience. He uses it in the "uphill" and "downhill" positions! Every home with a cat should have at least one of these.

Mika, my small cat loves to point downward and dig in to that scratching surface. Whenever she gets excited, and that's all the time, she runs over and takes it out on the Angle. But I haven't even had to replace the pad yet and it's been over a year! What a novel idea... and what a great scratching solution!
